The Sumab B-15 mobile concrete plant is designed to produce high-quality concrete and concrete mixes at a capacity of 15-20 m³ per hour.

The exact plant performance depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and amount of chemical additives used in concrete production.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a convenient control cabin and an automatic plant control system.

A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 25 concrete recipes and grades.

It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and the percentage of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:
1. A fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of 15-20 m³ per hour. Mounted on a wheeled chassis.

2. Aggregate bins, 2 x 3.5 m³

3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer. Dosing accuracy +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.
4. Aggregate conveyor from the bins to the mixer, including electric motor.

5. 1200/750 liter pan mixer, coated with a 12 mm layer of special steel. 5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap.

6. 250-liter galvanized water tank with a built-in Danfoss pump and water feeder.
7. 10 BAR air compressor

8. Mobile concrete plant control panel. Manual control keyboard. Soft-touch screen for Siemens PC automatic plant control. 25 concrete grades with the ability to change the concrete grade before each batch. Printer with ready-mix data in kg and %. Indicators per batch, hour, shift, and month.
