1.1. Personal data of individuals-users of Flagma.be service is processed by Individual Entrepreneur A.A. Rylskyi, registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, located at 60/5 Lomonosov St., Apt. 126, Kiev, Ukraine, 03189 (hereinafter referred to as the Administration). The Administration is the owner and the manager of the Flagma.be User Database .
1.2. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes the procedure established by the Administration for the processing of personal data collected via Flagma.be (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
The Administration processes personal data of users exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the Convention for the Protection of Persons in connection with the automated processing of personal data.
This Policy was developed in accordance with the aforementioned legislation.
1.3. Using the Flagma.be website, the User automatically gives the Administration consent to the processing of their personal data (including, but not limited to):

2.5. Information available from the user profiles in multiplayer Internet platforms (social networks).
By registering on the Site or entering the site using social network authentication services, the User grants the Administration consent to the collection and processing of information available from the corresponding profiles in social networks, as well as publishing information concerning User’s actions on the Website in corresponding social networks.
3.1. As part of the activities of its site, the Administration may collect certain information using such technologies as cookies, pixels, and local storage (in your browser).
3.2. COOKIES is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a computer or user's mobile device.
3.3. Pixels are small digital images that are a part of the codes on web pages that allow another server to measure the visibility of a web page, and are often used in combination with cookies.

The User has the right to enter their personal data when creating a personal account, change it, and also delete it. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their personal data listed on the Site. If a User’s personal account is created via social networks, the Administration receives access to such data. Deletion of a user's account and personal data is performed manually in the corresponding section of the user's cabinet. In case of problems, the user can request the deletion of the account and their personal data by emailing support@flagma.be.
6.1. The Administration has the right to change the text of this Agreement unilaterally. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site.
6.2. Use of the Site shall automatically mean acceptance of the new edition of the Policy. If the User does not agree with the Policy in whole or in part, the User is obliged to leave the Site.
